Axis Construction Consulting Inc. (ACCI) was formed in 1997 when Axis Construction (founded in 1991) recognized the demand for servicing clients beyond the construction-only realm. ACCI provides comprehensive architectural, engineering and construction related services such as building design, forensic evaluation, accessibility review, and construction management.
As a full service construction consulting firm, Axis Construction Consulting, Inc. (ACCI), investigates construction claims, develops defect reports and responses, prepares scopes of work, develops allocations, assist with strategy. Much of our work involves litigation matters. As such we also provide trial, arbitration and deposition expert testimony. Moreover, through our partnership with Axis Construction (ACON), we have developed the unique ability to handle SB 800 claims.
Whether the project involves litigation related services or providing assistance to an owner or developer rehabilitating a residential building or development project, our staff can provide the necessary services for a comprehensive solution. Axis' engineers and architects have a broad range of expertise with seismic designs, failures of buildings, and providing clients with investigations and evaluations of structural environments of a wide range of structural types. We are also experienced in consulting and testifying on personal injury claims and litigated matters.
ACCI and ACON have been appointed by the California Superior Court to act as an independent construction consultant. We provide this service to the courts and Special Masters to assist with case resolution.
